Returns
We hope you love your aljouri purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In their original packaging
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains or damage
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome and process your refund if approved.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
