Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are lovingly packed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days, with tracking sent to your inbox. See Shipping & Returns for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — international orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

Which collection should I start with?

For everyday wear, the Crinkle collection is light, forgiving and easy to style. The Marble collection is our signature — ultra-soft and wrinkle-resistant. Mélange is our most luxurious hand-feel for special moments.

How do I care for my hijab?

Hand wash cold or use a gentle machine cycle in a mesh bag. Hang to dry away from direct sun, and steam rather than iron to preserve the texture.

Are the colours true to the photos?

We photograph in natural light to keep shades as true as possible, though screens can vary slightly. If a colour isn't what you hoped, our 14-day return policy has you covered.

Gift boxes & giving back

How does the gift box work?

Choose your box (general or customised), pick up to 3 hijabs from any collection, and add a name for the outside and a message for the inside. We handle the rest — beautifully wrapped, with no pricing included. Build yours here.

Can I include a gift receipt?

Yes — every gift box ships without pricing, and your personal message is printed inside.

How does the giving back program work?

A portion of every order — including gift boxes — is set aside for causes that uplift women and communities in need. We share our current cause openly on the Giving Back page.

What is your return policy?

Unworn hijabs in original packaging can be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. Gift boxes with personalisation are final sale.
